LITTLES  |  BABY’S FIRST TOYS – REGISTRY FAVORITES!

AGE 0 – 3+ MONTHS

I love watching our little miss discover color, texture, sounds, and her own abilities! These are some of our favorite toys that have greatly helped her with grabbing, holding, tracking, tummy time, focusing and more.

one.  |  chicka chicka boom boom board book
Bright colors, rhymes, and the alphabet! A childhood favorite of mine, Josh and I love reading this one to MJ! It’s so fun!

two.  |  color burst rattle
With so many places to grab, its been really great for her hand-eye coordination. Plus its cube shape keeps it from rolling away! This is a major parent favorite!

three.  |  finger puppet books
Adorable little stories and who can resist a finger puppet?! MJ loves to reach for the animals and smile as they wiggle!

four.  |  lamaze play and grow freddie the firefly
Our #1 FAVORITE TOY! All of the different textures and colors hold her attention and she loves grabbing for the rings and ladybug. I love that I can clip it to her play gym or take it with us anywhere! {The back of his wings are bold black and white prints that she adored when she was younger!}

five.  |  franck & fischer wooden play gym
There are a lot of options out there, but we were being selfish parents and looking for something that wouldn’t be a huge eyesore in our house + could collapse for compact storage. This fits the bill! I love that we can switch out different toys and ornaments to keep it interesting and fun. Yes, I said ornaments. Some are even DIY. 🙂

I think Eric Carle books are just gorgeous, so MJ is working on building her collection 😉

seven.  |  noggin stik
MJ’s latest obsession is Mr NogginStik. His face glows and changes colors when you shake him, the handle is easy to hold and there is a fun mirror on the bottom. This one has really helped MJ with her reaching and coordination. {biased mom}

eight.  |  tummy time floor mirror
Our little miss despises tummy time… but this fun house mirror gives her something low to focus on and really seems to make the task less torturous.

nine.  |  luvies, angel dear
Mommy friends, you were right! Watching MJ rub this super soft luvie simply melts my heart.
