COOK | Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup

This delicious soup couldn’t be easier. A minimum of TEN MINUTES START TO FINISH! Gah, and it’s satisfying + filling, too!

Creamy Gnocchi Soup is a classic Trader Joe’s recipe that they serve as a sample in the store. But, I made some tweaks…

Serves 4.

  • 2 Tubs of Trader Joe’s Kettle Cooked Chicken Soup {refrigerated section}
  • 1 Package Shelf-Stable Gnocchi
  • 1 Package Trader Joe’s Shelf-Stable Whipping Cream {amazing to keep on hand!}
  • Fresh Herbs – I use Parsley
  • Juice of Half a Lemon
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic {y’all know I use the TJ jarred one}

Italicized ingredients are my extras.

Simmer the soup with the garlic, fresh lemon juice, and fresh herbs on low heat for about 10 minutes. If you don’t have time to let it simmer, just add the ingredients and keep on moving.

Add the whipping cream and gnocchi. Turn heat up to medium.

Let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serve warm and enjoy!
