country cooking in the cast iron

So excited!!! Mom surprised me one of these yesterday:

a beautiful Lodge cast iron skillet!

I am so excited to get some country cooking going {make my hillbilly boyfriend proud, ha}!

But I need ideas on what to cook in it…
PLEASE give me suggestions {leave comments below}

I promise I will share my country cookin’ creations with you if you help
